Abraham M. Joseph (Roy),
Founder & President
Abraham brings over 28 years of construction and engineering management experience. He has provided project management for many Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering projects for various client types. As a principal engineer his responsibilities included construction supervision of all types of commercial, industrial and institutional systems renovation, upgrade, as well as new construction.
He has participated in a variety of mechanical design and energy analysis projects. Experience includes load calculations, mechanical room layout and piping design for HVAC systems.
Renovation, upgrade and new construction of medial facilities with thorough familiarity with NFPA, JCAHO and TDSHS standard criteria.
Through his diversified engineering experience in India, Saudi Arabia and United States, Abraham has acquired a thorough understanding of all facets of the engineering profession from initial conceptualization to final commissioning.

David Headrick, Vice President
David brings 29 years of construction related experience to the firm. As a Sr. Project Manager, responsibilities include the full coordination of numerous projects relating to build-outs, demolition, remodels, cooling towers, heliports and more for many major hospitals and large property complexes in the Houston area. Additional responsibilities include site planning and evaluation, writing Scopes of Work and proposals, client relations, material acquisition, scheduling and permits with the City of Houston, Sugar Land and Pasadena.

Anne brings over 30 years of administrative, accounting and financial experience to OnePoint, Inc. Responsibilities include follow up with customers on payments, send invoices, sales tax, bid submission, office inventory, projects and expenses in QuickBooks, payments to vendors and general administration duties.
